📢 Honoring Our Heroes – Help Us Install Blue & Gold Star Road Signs

At Shell Knob Community Betterment (SKCB), we believe in honoring those who serve and sacrifice for our country. Our next community project is focused on installing Blue Star and Gold Star road signs to recognize and memorialize our military heroes along the key entrances to Shell Knob.

The Project

This project has two key parts:

• 2 Blue Star Memorial Road Signs
  These signs mark designated Blue Star Memorial Highways—routes across the U.S. dedicated to honoring all members of the armed services. One sign will be installed near the "Welcome to Shell Knob" sign north of the Eagles Lodge, and the other near the "Welcome to Shell Knob" sign by Windsor Bay. SKCB will work closely with MoDOT to ensure proper installation and placement.

• 1 Gold Star Road Sign
  Gold Star road signs honor fallen service members who died in the line of duty while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. This sign will serve as a lasting memorial to their sacrifice and dedication.

The Goal

• Cost per sign: $2,500

• Total donation goal: $7,500 (installation costs are not included)

• Already raised: $100
